    KIOO starts as a floating logo. Click it to open your mini view. In the Mac app, you can also press Option twice.

    BEFORE YOUR FIRST MEETING

    Make yourself
    at home.

    Install from your invitation.

    Open your KIOO invitation on your Mac and follow it into TestFlight. Install the latest available build. No KIOO account is required.

    Allow your microphone.

    Start a short recording and allow Microphone and Speech Recognition when macOS asks. Let the people in the conversation know you’re recording.

    This beta records microphone input. Remote voices playing only through headphones won’t be picked up. It does not directly capture meeting-system audio.

    Set up Apple Intelligence.

    Live questions and AI briefs need a compatible Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence enabled and its models downloaded. English is recommended for this beta.

    Bring your calendar, if you like.

    Connect Calendar in Settings → Integrations to see upcoming meetings from calendars synced to your Mac. Calendar and Contacts access are optional.

    Was the insight useful?

    Did it relate to the active conversation? Was it still timely, or already answered? Meaningful silence is better than an irrelevant prompt.

    02 / ACCURACY

    Did we catch the conversation?

    Compare the transcript and brief with what was actually said. Flag missing speech, incorrect decisions, or invented actions.

    03 / EVERYDAY USE

    Did KIOO stay out of the way?

    Try the floating, mini and expanded views, both appearances, and scrolling. Check “Keep above other apps” with a full-screen app.
